With a human-grade approach to pet supplements and treats, Cave Pets launched in the crowded pet space with the first-ever Regenerative Organic Certified (ROC) pet supplement. Moxie Sozo supported the launch with strategy, brand identity, and messaging to communicate this innovative offering, building on that foundation to develop a fully-branded suite.

Project Overview
Primitive nutrients for the modern lives of pets.
Cave Pets is pet nutrition, evolved. Guided by the principle that pets should depend on whole foods to thrive in the modern world, Cave Pets has introduced a line of organic supplements made with time-tested, whole food nutrients our pets’ ancestors thrived on.
Each one is formulated to fill the gaps in their modern diet and provide targeted support for the lives they live today. What’s more—they're made with clinically studied superfood and glandular ingredients to provide real, wholesome vitamins, minerals, and nutrients and they're fermented for optimal uptake and effectiveness.
To position Cave Pets as the next evolution of your pet’s nutrition, we developed a packaging system characterised by a library of custom pet-roglyphs and a visual identity marked with natural imperfections and ancient-inspired drawings. These are clever and appropriate indicators of the ingredients and whole foods included in the products, as well as playful and warm reflections on our furry friends.
